What we offer:
We offer handmade winding ombre yarn, made to order, so make sure, please, how long time we need for processing this moment.
The standard term is 30 working days (without delivery).
Please follow the below procedure for delivery:
1. Please register an account via our website
2. The minimum order value of £50
3. Place your order as normal by contact form
4. Our team will contact you to discuss shipping and payment options, we don't need your money until your order is ready to ship.
We will send our parcels by Royal Mail or DPD depending on how big is your order (weight and size).
Parcels are collected from our workshop 3 days a week, between Monday-Thursday. We don't do next-day delivery.
International orders by Royal Mail/Parcelforce only.
Right to cancel:
Every time you can cancel your order before shipping - please contact us by our CONTACT FORM.
We will check the process of your orders and if possible stop, we will cancel it and refund you money ASAP.
You can cancel your order up to 14 days after the order is delivered. You do not need to give a reason for canceling. We will refund you after the parcel is back to us.
If you are not happy and something is wrong with our goods or delivery, please, contact us by CONTACT FORM.
We will try to fix the situation ASAP.
